Conference Rooms

Complementary training and conference rooms are available on the Concourse Level for tenants. Our conference rooms are equipped with the Kramer VIA wireless system allowing tenants to connect to the monitors without the use of cords. See our user guide for instruction on how to present using the VIA wireless  connection.

Fitness Center

Employees of Northland Center tenants have exclusive use of the 5,000 square foot Fitness Center located on the Concourse Level of the 3600 building. The fitness center offers a variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, weights, and a group exercise studio. There are a wide variety of video classes available on demand through Fitness on Demand. The fitness center also includes men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers.

Fitness Center Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM – 3 PM (except building holidays)
• Sunday: Closed

The fitness center is free to all Northland Center Tenants. To gain access, tenant employees must sign and return the required liability waiver form before access rights will be added to their building access cards.  Please click here to access the waiver form or you may contact Property Management at northlandcentermn@cushwake.com

Pickle Ball

Northland Center has three Pickle Ball courts!

To use the courts please reserve the courts via workspeed. We require all participants to have filled out a pickle Ball waiver.

If you wish to use our pickleballs and rackets please note that on workspeed. Ball and rackets will be located in 3500 suite 100  for check out.

The Courts are located on the top ramp behind the 3500 building off Northland Drive.

Parking

Northland Center has secured covered parking, free on-site parking and climate controlled executive garages. Contact property management at northlandcentermn@cushwake.com with any inquiries regarding parking.

Secured Bike Storage

Northland Center’s secured bike storage is newly renovated featuring custom wall graphics, a fix it station, dero bike racks, and secured with an access card reader. This spacious room holds up to 24 bicycles. Located off the west side of the concourse level between the 3500 and 3600 building just steps away from the fitness center locker rooms.

North Plaza

Our North Plaza area offers a cozy lounge setup around a warm fire table, high top tables, and a BBQ grill. Tenants can catch a breath of fresh air among the redesigned landscaping.

Take advantage of the BBQ Grill! The grill is available on a first come, first serve basis. Check out the key and grill tools with the receptionist on the 2nd floor of the 3500 building.
